Payment Methods

We accept credit cards for the bonfire deposit.

For the balance due, we accept cash at the bonfire or credit card.

If a credit card is used, there will be a 3.5%  service charge do to our processing fees.

If we are not notified by noon the day of the fire of

Accesses with stairs will be charged an additional $30.

Refunds are issued for rain outs prior to set up, the day of the bonfire. (less $175 permit fee) Once the bonfire is set up, and is then rained out, a 50% refund will be issued. Once the bonfire begins, there are no refunds.

Same day cancellations will receive no refund,  as other bonfires could have been scheduled.

If the beaches close for any reason out of our control, bonfire credit will be given for a later date,  no refunds.

All bonfires will begin at the scheduled time of your choosing at the time of  booking. Any changes in start time need to be made 24 hours in advance. 

All bonfire packages are intended for the number of guests per package. Any bonfire, except the Bonfire Max, with five people over the intended package will be charged an additional $50, te

All bonfires will begin at the scheduled time of your choosing at the time of  booking. Any changes in start time need to be made 24 hours in advance. 

All bonfire packages are intended for the number of guests per package. Any bonfire, except the Bonfire Max, with five people over the intended package will be charged an additional $50, ten people over the intended package will be charged an additional $100.

If your group is an hour late, the bonfire will be taken down with no refund.

The county allows for up to 29 guests at all bonfires with a  basic bonfire permit.            For parties of 30-50 guests, a Special Event Permit is required, which is $300 for us to obtain.

For parties from 50-75 guests  a Special Event Permit is required, which is  $550 for us to obtain.

A $100 fee will be added  to all Special Event Per
