Private locations and base packages on holidays will be an additiional $50.
Refunds are issued for rain outs prior to set up, the day of the bonfire. (less $125 permit fee) Once the bonfire is set up, and is then rained out, a 50% refund will be issued. Once the bonfire begins, there are no refunds.

All bonfire packages are intended for the number of guests per package. Any bonfire, except the Bonfire Max, with five people over the intended package will be charged an additional $50, ten people over the intended package will be charged an additional $100.
If your group is an hour late, the bonfire will be taken down with no refund.
The county allows for up to 29 guests at all bonfires with a basic bonfire permit. For parties of 30-50 guests, a Special Event Permit is required, which is $300 for us to obtain.
For parties from 50-75 guests a Special Event Permit is required, which is $550 for us to obtain.
A $100 fee will be added to all Special Event Permit bonfires do to additional staff requirements.
